These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Marokko Travel website and the booking of any tours or travel services offered by us. By using our website or booking a trip, you agree to these terms.
All prices shown are indicative starting prices per person and are confirmed only after a personalised quote. A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received and we issue a written confirmation.
Payment terms, deposits and balance due dates are stated in your individual booking confirmation. Prices may vary based on season, group size, accommodation level and customisation.
Cancellation and amendment conditions are provided with your quote. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected changes, medical costs and cancellations.
You are responsible for valid travel documents (passport, visas), health requirements, and arriving on time for scheduled services. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs in advance.
We act as an organiser of private, tailor-made experiences and take great care in selecting partners. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (weather, road conditions, force majeure). Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the services booked.
Itineraries may be adjusted for safety, weather or operational reasons while preserving the overall experience and value wherever possible.
